Normal production time for most products is three weeks. Push service is available on some items. Please call our office for details and applicable charges. Some items in this catalog have been marked to indicate a shorter than normal production time.

Cash, check, money order, or credit card is required. Net 30 days from the date of invoice for approved accounts.

Prices are per piece based upon quantity ordered. Prices normally include a one color, one location imprint. Pricing is subject to change without prior notification. Please call or email our office for price verification.

Less than minimum quantities are available for some products. Please call or email our office for additional charges.

Due to the imprinting process, we reserve the right to ship and bill up to 10% over or under the quantity ordered unless prior arrangements have been made.

Prices do not include shipping charges. All products are shipped F.O.B. factory. Freight will be prepaid and added to your invoice.

Except where otherwise noted, prices include your custom design in one standard color imprinted in one imprint area. Please call or email our office for additional charges for two or more color imprints, PMS color matches or imprints in more than one area. Please send camera-ready artwork (at exact size) with your order.

Camera-ready artwork is any professionally prepared, black and white rendering of your logo, emblem, line art or copy. Photocopies (Xeroxes ) or FAX transactions are not acceptable. If you don't have camera-ready art, out art department can prepare your artwork, call for quotation.

Artwork should be emailed to arthur@rayeltd.com. Art must be compatible with Illustrator, vector art (created or drawn) without any placed images preferred or Photoshop. Please save as an EPS file and convert all type to outlines. When possible, please compress file before sending. If you are using any other format or program, please email arthur@rayeltd.com before sending.
